1.1 Chinese Pharmaceuticals (H.K.) Co.,Ltd. (“The Company”) undertakes to comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Laws of Hong Kong) and respects Members’ statutory rights to privacy.
1.2 This Policy sets out how the Company collects, holds, uses, retains, transfers,and discloses Members’ personal data.

2.1 The Company may collect, without limitation, the following: name, gender, date of birth (Month & Date), contact number, email address, residential address,transaction records, payment information, membership account details, and preferences.
2.2 Failure to provide required data may result in the Company being unable to provide certain services or process membership applications.
3. Purposes of Use
The purposes for which the Company collects and uses Members’ data include:
- Membership account administration
- Points calculation and redemption processing
- Transaction verification and customer service
- Marketing and promotional communications (subject to Member’s consent)
- Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
4. Disclosure of Data
The Company will treat Members’ data as confidential but may disclose it to:
- Subsidiaries or affiliates of the Company
- Third-party service providers engaged to facilitate services
- Governmental or regulatory authorities where required by law
5. Retention and Security
5.1 The Company will retain Members’ data for up to three (3) years following termination of membership, or for such period as required by law.
5.2 The Company adopts reasonable technical and administrative measures to safeguard data security but shall not be liable for data leakage caused by Members’ negligence or third-party acts beyond the Company’s control.
6. Members’ Rights
Members have the right to access,update, correct, or delete their personal data held by the Company. To request access to or correction of your data, please email info@chinesepharm.com.hkor send a written notice to the Company at Room 201, 2/F, East Core, 398 Kwun Tong Road,Hong Kong. Please specify your name and the data you wish to access or correct; if applicable, kindly provide your membership number for identification purposes.
7. Direct Marketing
The Company intends to use your personal data for direct marketing purposes in accordance with the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. However, the Company shall not use your personal data for such purposes without having first obtained your consent. You have the right to elect to receive, or to decline to receive, any promotional communications from the Company.
Where you have provided consent for the Company to use your personal data for direct marketing, you may from time to time receive SMS messages and/or emails issued by the Company containing direct marketing information and promotional offers relating to health products or healthcare services offered by the Company and/or its affiliates.
Should you subsequently wish to withdraw your consent and cease receiving direct marketing communications, you may at anytime notify the Company in writing by email to info@chinesepharm.com.hk or by post to Room 201, 2/F, East Core, 398 Kwun Tong Road, Hong Kong.Such notice shall specify your full name, email address, contact number, and the channel(s) (email and/or SMS) through which you elect not to receive direct marketing communications. Where applicable, please also provide your membership number for identification purposes.
Upon receipt of your opt-out request, the Company shall cease to send you promotional and marketing communications via email or SMS. Please note that once you have opted out of receiving direct marketing communications, you will no longer receive information relating to the Company’s membership program or renewal notices. Nevertheless, the Company will continue to remind you of your membership expiry date.

For inquiries or complaints, Members shall contact the Company’s Customer Service Department via the official WhatsApp channel.
9. Amendments to this Privacy Policy
The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, or otherwise modify this Privacy Policy at any time and at its sole discretion,without prior notice. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically via the Company’s website to ascertain whether any amendments have been made. Your continued use of the website shall constitute your acceptance of any such amendments or modifications to this Privacy Policy.
