Chinese Pharm × Mannings In-Store Promotion Membership Points Redemption Guidelines

1. Earning Points

Earn 1 point for everyHK$100 spent on Chinese Pharm products at any Mannings store.

2. Points Accrual Details

Members earn 1 point forevery HK$100 spent (net of discounts) on Chinese Pharm Designated Products atMannings stores. Amounts less than HK$100 will not be counted.

3. Situations Where Points Are Not Credited

Points will not beapproved or credited in the following situations:

Purchase of"Cut-Price Goods," special offers, or excluded products
Transactions fully paidby vouchers, points, or other non-cash methods
Refunded, returned, orcancelled transactions
Suspected fraudulenttransactions or breach of terms
Receipt details areunclear or illegible
Uploaded receipt doesnot match the submitted information
Purchase date exceedsone month
Receipt includesnon-designated products
Receipt not issued by aMannings store
Duplicate submission ofthe same receipt
Multiple receipts inone photo
Other reasons not incompliance with program rules

4. Receipt Submission Rules

4.1 Each receipt may beregistered only once.

4.2 Split payments ormultiple receipts for the same transaction will be processed based on theactual receipts submitted.

4.3 Members must submitvalid transaction receipts from Mannings stores by uploading them via theCompany's Mannings Promoter Official WhatsApp account by March 31 of each year.Such spending shall only be valid if incurred at Designated Mannings Stores.Late submissions will not be processed.

5. Points Redemption – Coupon

5.1 Redeem 25 points fora HK$50 Mannings coupon.

5.2 Redeem 50 points fora HK$100 Mannings coupon.

6. Points Redemption – Gift

6.1 Redeem 50 points fora designated eco-friendly gift.

6.2 Redemption Procedure:Members must visit any Designated Mannings Store to make a purchase and, priorto payment, present the redemption voucher/coupon issued by the Company'sMannings Promoter Official WhatsApp account to the Company's Mannings promoter.The voucher, coupon, or gift can be collected and used only after verificationby the promoter. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basiswhile supplies last.

6.3 Restrictions: Allgifts, cash vouchers, or coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, ortransferred.

6.4 Post-RedemptionHandling: If the related transaction is subsequently refunded or cancelled, theMember must return the redeemed gift, cash voucher, or coupon, or compensatethe Company with equivalent value. The Company reserves the right to recoverany outstanding value.

7. New Member Bonus

New members will receive50 points upon successful registration.

8. Referral Bonus

Existing members whosuccessfully refer a new member will earn 50 points, and the new member willalso receive 50 points.

9. Birthday Reward

9.1 Regular Members:Entitled to a HK$50 Mannings coupon during their birthday month.

9.2 VIP Members: Entitledto a HK$100 Mannings coupon during their birthday month.

10. VIP Membership Levels

10.1 Members with acumulative balance of 200 points or more by the March 31 cut-off date willqualify as VIP Members for the following year.

10.2 Members with fewerthan 200 points by March 31 will be classified as Regular Members for thefollowing year.

10.3 VIP Members enjoyexclusive privileges and special offers, while Regular Members are entitled tostandard benefits only.

11. Points Validity and Reversal

11.1 Points are validfrom the date of accrual until March 31 of the following year. Any unusedpoints will expire automatically without compensation.

11.2 Points earned fromtransactions that are refunded, returned, cancelled, or deemed fraudulent willbe automatically deducted or reversed.

12. Non-Transferability & Account Security

12.1 Points, redemptionrights, and membership accounts are strictly non-transferable andnon-assignable.

12.2 Members mustsafeguard their account information and immediately notify the Company of anyunauthorized use or irregularities. The Company shall not be liable for anyloss arising from the Member's failure to properly safeguard such information.

13. Employee Participation Restriction

Internal staff,including employees of Chinese Pharmaceuticals and its Mannings promoters, arestrictly prohibited from registering for or participating in this PointsProgram. If discovered, the Company reserves the absolute right to immediatelyterminate the membership, revoke all accumulated points and redemption rightswithout any compensation. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right torecover any related losses and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

14. Important Notice

By participating in thisprogram and redeeming points, Members agree to comply with and be bound by the"Chinese Pharm × Mannings In-Store Promotion Membership Points ProgramTerms and Conditions".

15. Language Versions

These Guidelines areprepared in both Chinese and English. In the event of any inconsistency, theChinese version shall prevail.
