Chinese Pharm (Occidental & Oriental) × Mannings In-Store Promotion Star Program Account Points Redemption Guidelines
1. Earning Points
Earn 1 point for everyHK$100 spent on Chinese Pharm products and O&O Derma Skin Care products at any Mannings store.
2. Points Accrual Details
Star Program Accounts earn 1 point for every HK$100 spent (net of discounts) on Chinese Pharm and O&O Derma Skin Care products Designated Products at Mannings stores. Amounts less than HK$100 will not be counted.
3. Situations Where Points Are Not Credited
Points will not be approved or credited in the following situations:
- Purchase of "Cut-Price Goods," special offers, or excluded products
- Transactions fully paid by vouchers, points, or other non-cash methods
- Refunded, returned, or cancelled transactions
- Suspected fraudulent transactions or breach of terms
- Receipt details are unclear or illegible
- Uploaded receipt does not match the submitted information
- Purchase date exceeds one month
- Receipt includes non-designated products
- Receipt not issued by a Mannings store
- Duplicate submission of the same receipt
- Multiple receipts in one photo
- Other reasons not incompliance with program rules
4. Receipt Submission Rules
4.1 Each receipt may be registered only once.
4.2 Split payments or multiple receipts for the same transaction will be processed based on the actual receipts submitted.
4.3 Star Program Accounts must submit valid transaction receipts from Mannings stores by uploading them via the Company's Mannings Promoter Official WhatsApp account by March 31 of each year. Such spending shall only be valid if incurred at Designated Mannings Stores. Late submissions will not be processed.
5. Points Redemption – Coupon
5.1 Redeem 10 points for a HK$/MOP30 O&O Derma Skin Care Brand coupon.
5.2 Redeem 15 points for 2 pcs of HK$/MOP30 O&O Derma Skin Care Brand coupon.
5.3 Redeem 25 points for a HK$50 Chinese Pharm cash voucher.
5.4 Redeem 50 points for a HK$100 Chinese Pharm cash voucher.
6. Points Redemption – Gift
6.1 Redeem 40 points for a skin care product under O&O Derma Skin Care Brands valued at $159.
6.2 Redeem 50 points for a designated eco-friendly gift.
6.3 Redeem 40 points for a skin care product under O&O Derma Skin Care Brands valued at $189.
6.4 Redemption Procedure: Star Program Accounts must visit any Designated Mannings Store to make a purchase and, prior to payment, present the redemption voucher/coupon issued by the Company's Mannings Promoter Official WhatsApp account to the Company's Mannings promoter. The voucher, coupon, or gift can be collected and used only after verification by the promoter. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
6.5 Restrictions: All gifts, cash vouchers, or coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or transferred.
6.6 Post-Redemption Handling: If the related transaction is subsequently refunded or cancelled, the Star Program Account must return the redeemed gift, cash voucher, or coupon, or compensate the Company with equivalent value. The Company reserves the right to recover any outstanding value.
7. New Star Program Account Bonus
New Star Program Accounts will receive50 points upon successful registration.
8. Referral Bonus
Existing Star Program Accounts who successfully refer a new Star Program Account will earn 50 points, and the new Star Program Account will also receive 50 points.
9. Birthday Reward
9.1 Regular Star Program Accounts: Entitled to a HK$50 Chinese Pharm cash voucher during their birthday month.
9.2 VIP Star Program Accounts: Entitled to a HK$100 Chinese Pharm cash voucher during their birthday month.
10. VIP Star Program Account Levels
10.1 Star Program Accounts with accumulative balance of 200 points or more by the March 31 cut-off date will qualify as VIP Star Program Accounts for the following year.
10.2 Star Program Accounts with fewer than 200 points by March 31 will be classified as Regular Star Program Accounts for the following year.
10.3 VIP Star Program Accounts enjoy exclusive privileges and special offers, while Regular Star Program Accounts are entitled to standard benefits only.
11. Points Validity and Reversal
11.1 Points are valid from the date of accrual until March 31 of the following year. Any unused points will expire automatically without compensation.
11.2 Points earned from transactions that are refunded, returned, cancelled, or deemed fraudulent will be automatically deducted or reversed.
12. Non-Transferability & Account Security
12.1 Points, redemption rights, and Star Program Account accounts are strictly non-transferable and non-assignable.
12.2 Star Program Accounts must safeguard their account information and immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use or irregularities. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from the Star Program Account's failure to properly safeguard such information.
13. Employee Participation Restriction
Internal staff, including employees of Chinese Pharmaceuticals and its Mannings promoters, are strictly prohibited from registering for or participating in this Points Program. If discovered, the Company reserves the absolute right to immediately terminate the Star Program Account, revoke all accumulated points and redemption rights without any compensation. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to recover any related losses and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
14. Important Notice
By participating in this program and redeeming points, Star Program Accounts agree to comply with and be bound by the " Chinese Pharm (Occidental & Oriental) × Mannings In-Store Promotion Star Program Account Points Program Terms and Conditions".
15. Language Versions
These Guidelines are prepared in both Chinese and English. In the event of any inconsistency, the Chinese version shall prevail.
